Is the Engraving in colour?

No, engravings are not able to be done in colour as they are etched onto a steel surface using a fine needle. It is not printed. 

I’m struggling to see my photo engraving, can I return it?

As items are personalised, returns are not accepted. It is explained on my website that the engraving is a holographic effect and photographs must be of high quality to get the best results. Please refer to “Sending your Photo/Text” page.

 

Is the Golf Ball Marker magnetic?

No it is not magnetic as I am unable to engrave on a magnetic surface. 

 

Can I use the Guitar Pick on my Guitar?

No, it is designed to be a keepsake gift only. A steel guitar pick would not produce a nice sound on the guitar and using it this way will scratch the product.
